      Full Mouth Reconstruction

Get your new beautiful smile in just 36 hours.

Extensive dental damage, decay, injury, and tooth loss can have a profound impact on the function and appearance of your smile. These problems may hinder your ability to chew and eat properly, affect your speech, and negatively impact your self-confidence.

Full mouth reconstruction, as the name implies, refers to the rebuilding all the teeth in a patient’s mouth to improve the healthy, function, and aesthetics of a smile.

Here at The Dome MedDental Center, our team of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Specialists, and Cosmetic Dentists, work together to rebuild your smile with a full arch of upper and lower teeth within 36 to 48 hours.

      Full Mouth Reconstruction with

      Dental Implants Procedure

Initial consultation and comprehensive oral exam

You will see one our general dentists for a thorough oral assessment to confirm if you are a good candidate for full mouth reconstruction. We will take X-rays and/or 3D scan of your teeth, photographs, and/or impressions to help formulate a treatment plan.

Consultation with an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

If you are fit for the procedure, you will be referred to one of our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Your surgeon will evaluate the need for extractions or other additional treatments such as bone grafts and sinus lifts, as well ae the possibility of immediate implant placement. You will be referred to our orthodontist or periodontist (gum expert), if necessary.

      Treatment planning and procedures

With all the assessments and diagnostic records in place, our team will create a tailored treatment plan for you. This plan provides a clear and accurate information of the proposed treatments, associated fees, and a projected timeline for your full mouth reconstruction journey.

      Dental implant placement and restoration

This stage involves the placement of dental implants and temporary restorations, such as implant crowns, bridges, or overdentures. The surgery is virtually painless, and you have the option for it to be performed under general anesthesia. This typically takes between 36 to 48 hours, and you will leave with a fixed temporary full arch of teeth after your surgery.

      Healing period and final restoration

Once you’ve healed and your implants have fully integrated with the jawbone, you will be back to get your permanent restorations. Your new teeth are securely fixed in place, resulting in a naturally beautiful smile that enables you to confidently chew, eat, and speak.
